ThE World Of The Goosemen

Duncan, a young Master Mechanic living in an underground city after a world-altering war, is jolted awake by a catastrophic boiler explosion that threatens the community’s fragile infrastructure. Alongside his best friends Grover and Tinker, Duncan races through the bustling subterranean compound, navigating alarms, oversized animals, and inventive shortcuts to reach the emergency. Their teamwork and quick thinking using Bart, a domesticated mole for rapid transport, allow Duncan to heroically fix the failing valve just in time, averting disaster. The beginning of our story introduces the trio’s personalities, the dangers of their post-war world, and the resourcefulness required to survive, setting the stage for their deeper journey into friendship, responsibility, and the mysteries of their unusual reality.

A FateFUL Gift

Duncan skips his last class to recover from a rough day and prepares for his annual storkday celebration, a tradition where each citizen of the underground receives a mysterious gift delivered by air. That night, Duncan, Grover, and Tinker gather at their secret mineral spring, sharing stories and dreams that reveal their hopes and hidden pains. The arrival of Duncan’s storkday present, a silver coin engraved with moon symbols, sparks wonder and speculation about its meaning. The delivery of the peculiar gift deepens the trio’s bond and introduces the mooncoin as a symbol of destiny, setting the stage for their quest to uncover the secrets of their world and themselves.

To The Moon

After weeks of mounting failures in the underground, Duncan, Grover, and Tinker discover that Tinker’s modified P.E.T. device, now affectionately named Petunia, has developed a mystical, sentient personality, delivering cryptic messages that seem to guide them to their destiny. As the device reveals secrets and encourages them to seek answers beyond their confined world, the trio’s resolve to escape intensifies. Together, they devise a daring plan to reach the surface, preparing supplies and rallying around their new identity as “The Goosemen.” With Petunia’s encouragement and their friendship stronger than ever, the boys commit to leaving the underground, determined to uncover the truth about their dreams, their world, and the enigmatic force calling them home.
